Faktori kvaliteta sistema za upravljanje turističkom destinacijom

Sažetak: U današnje vreme, turističke organizacije upravljaju turističkom destinacijom posredstvom informacionih sistema za upravljanje turističkom destinacijom (Destination Management System, DMS). Konkurentnost destinacije u mnogome zavisi od nivoa razvoja DMS sistema. U ovom radu se razmatraju teorijski aspekti DMS sistema, kao i mogući modeli implementacije sistema u okruženje. Analiziraće se i faktori efektivnosti i kvaliteta DMS sistema, kako sa aspekta turističkih preduzeća, tako i sa aspekta turiste, odnosno posetioca DMS portala.

Ključne reči: sistem za upravljanje turističkom destinacijom (DMS), informacione tehnologije (IT), turizam, organizacije za upravljanje turističkom destinacijom (DMO).
